Normal motherboard temperature for an Asus p5k-vm?

What Should be ideal temperature of an motherboard Asus p5k-vm in the hot city of Mumbai? I have bought Asus p5k-vm motherboard recently,my cpu is Intel core2 duo 2.66 Ghz 1 GB memory (512×2,667mgh.) 2 hdd 1)Seagate 400 Gb 2)Seagate 300 Gb.Pinnacle DV\AV capture card, Sound card creative live blaster 5.1, Graphic card xfx 7100gs 256mb PCI-E.
Asus pc Probe Shows my cpu temperature@34 C.but shows motherboard temperature @45 C.soon after 10 minutes of starting the pc. moreover, chipset G33 becomes very hot.

    you could get a chipset cooler if the ambient temp is very hot make sure you have plenty of ventilation air cooling is only going to go so far though if its 110 degrees in your house . you may have to get water cooling set up. is it so hot that it shuts down cus its actually normal to get hot to the touch.

    Make sure you have case fans front and back. in thru the front out thru the back.
